Excellent information I can’t get anywhere else.

Knowing the lab results gave me peace of mind that where I am at my health and what do I need to restore my health to stay independent physically.

Upsell nightmare and terrible delays. When I reached out to check why the delays existed the reply was "have you completed the exams?" Which I found it outrageous since this should be all automated.

I was able to get the labs that I want done when I want them. I didnt have to talk anyone into ordering them. I LOVE the feedback on what foods to use and avoid and also the list of supplements to use. Yes use your brain and do your own research - its a great program.

Where to begin? Dr Hyman has offered such an excellent and comprehensive testing program that is so very useful. Really appreciate being able to keep track of my health. A BIG thank you to him and his staff!

This Company pitched the importance of good health based on a full 100 point blood scan. Reasonably priced at just under $400. Not a big deal when you read the results. I resolved to do it every two years. Then they billed me for a second round 11 months later WITHOUT ADVISING ME OF THE RENEWAL So I get waylaid after the fact with AN UNETHICAL BILLING. And their principal is one of these gadabout talk show white knights that brags on his personal concern for all of us individually. YEA RIGHT! ______________________________________________ they did process a refund, but I was never given advance notice of any kind, and more and more that seems to be the prevailing attitude. Why would I have posted my outrage had I been given advance notice?

The information gleaned from these extensive labs is so insightful and useful for me and my family doctor to see trends BEFORE bad symptoms start manifesting. Way ahead of Standard of Care protocols. I appreciate the ease of use for the app and organization of data and follow up information. I would find the additional information helpful: an Optimal mark or number on the opening graph for each test (in addition to the green and red), a reference somewhere that tells us how dynamic the test results are (reflects the past 3 months or past 3 days, etc).

Solid service, but the UI still needs work I like Function Health and the value they offer, but the website still feels clunky. It’s better than when I first joined, but the UI is confusing. I never know when I’m supposed to take my tests, and there’s no clear guidance on timing or frequency. The service itself is good, which is why I’m giving 4 stars instead of lower, but the experience could be much, much smoother.
