I was expecting this to be complicated
I was expecting this to be a much more confusing/complicated process but was pleasantly surprised with the ease of the blood work and the app integration. Thanks!

Great clinician notes
Great clinician notes. Two suggestions: 1. Rerun my clinician notes with updated weight of 195 lbs rather than 214; 2. Retest ALL biometrics twice per year.

Poor Service
Not a very good service. It's been three weeks and only a portion of results are in. No phone support. No listing of what are the remaining items that have yet to come in. I would choose a different service next time. It's been three weeks. The marketing hype does not match the delivery.

Great way to get a comprehensive view of health
Function has been great, from the ease of scheduling appointments to the notes on each biomarker. The physician report was also incredibly useful and easy to send to PCP.
