At my mid-year labs, I added on extra tests and then it was not processed incorrectly. I tried chatting but the quick response was results could take 2-3 weeks, even though I had gotten my clinician results back. Finally a month later, someone realizes there was an error. I now have to go back for another blood draw which is 30 miles away and quite the inconvenience. It's frustrating everything is so automated and I was not able to talk to anyone. I don't think I would continue with this service.
