I wish I could give it zero stars. I paid the fee for membership and the additional fee for the concierge blood work. No one showed up at my home. I waited 2+ hours. After fasting and prepping. And zero communications. Finally, when they contacted me they said the wouldn't charge me a rescheduling fee!!! OMG, seriously, I paid for a service that I never received and the offer to make it good was not to charge me! Now I need to get my money back for everything and that is difficult. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

I have used this GREAT resource the past 2 years, and it is a total game changer. As the CEO of my anatomy and health this wonderful tool provides me with damn near everything I need to know on an ongoing basis and that, simply and effectively, empowers me to take responsibility for my health. Cost effective lab tests

Still don’t have platelet count. How do we get an immediate lab to get a platelet count? No one including me being extremely diligent with Quest was able to get a fairly quick CBC ran. Update: Functional has been very helpful and willing to further test at their expense for a further platelet count. The problem I experienced is no fault of Functional Health. The huge quantity of information I did get is so helpful to me in my diet, actions, exercise and supplementation plan as I move forward. They have been great!!!

Ease of getting an appointment for blood draw. Really likes the thoroughness of the reports that followed and the specific advice on how to improve anything that wasn’t where it should be for optimal health,

Advertised as if you got 2test a year for $365, but additional test for the second time was extra charge. Felt a bit like a rip off
