Function Health made it easy to get started, tied in nicely with Quest Diagnostics' availability and everything was in order showing up to my appointment for the blood draw. Results came in a reasonable amount of time and were nicely laid out in an easy-to-read format. I am so happy my wife recommended this service to me.

FAR exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend, and have, to all my friends and family members who are conscious of their health. Far more labs than I expected and at a great price! Excellent explanation of results and list of top supplements and foods really helped me know what I was getting right and where I need to step it up. I now know exactly what I need to focus on and the AI chat is great for basic info. and takes my personal history, current diet and supplement into account when answering questions. LOVE IT!

Simplicity to the overall process

Function health is for people who don't normally go to their well checks. As I was making choices of which tests to include in the panels, each one was an additional cost and could have added up to thousands of dollars more. The feedback is AI generated. When I requested a refund before I received feedback about my scores I was only provided a $32 refund. If you are a person who is an advocate for your own health and regularly see your PCP, function is not for you. I regret spending the money as I had a well check appt with bloodwork already scheduled and my human doctor is open-minded and listens to me if I request an additional test.

The data is great. AI integration makes it a useful tool. Definitely good data to bring to your doctor. A little pricey.

I have been using Function for a couple of years. During this time I faced several surprise medical situations. Being a retired fire captain & paramedic I knew it was essential for me to monitor myself as much as possible. So I have repeated the full range of testing several times. This approached surfaced issues that needed to be corrected much sooner than would have happened if I just waited for the next appointment. Function is thorough, have great feedback mechanisms and results come back much faster than I expected. The. Clinician notes are comprehensive and easy to understand. I plan to continue on with frequent comprehensive tests through Function indefinitely! I give Function my highest recommendation!
