The time length is not what I was expecting

It was easy to make an appointment. The lab experience was seamless. No wait and the staff were very nice. I started getting lab results the very next day. The lab results were easy to understand. I especially liked they explained the good with the bad. It was very helpful to read what could be done to improve some of my test results. I have started taking some vitamins that were suggested when I did a chat with AI. There were also several issues I plan on discussing with my doctors. I do not have anything negative to say about the process. I will definitely be recommending it to my friends. Considering all the information that was provided, it was definitely worth the money.

It’s awesome to track the results and have blood tests that other doctors wouldn’t normally do.

The wait to get in wasn’t long and my technician was very friendly and good at her job.

Sometimes making arrangements is a little bit difficult, but overall the experience is excellent. The information provided, the AI interface, the ability to access personal information. Excellent!

Incomplete tests and no support I had a great experience with Function Health in my first visit. In my 6-month recheck, they offer significantly fewer included tests, I upgraded my 6 month check-in to a full like-for-like retest. They ended up only sending the partial 6 month tests to the testing facility, when I reached out to support to try to fix the issue (after three days of diet prep and fasting for 12 hrs, so as not to have to redo that) the only support offered is an AI chatbot which told me to stay at the facility while they sorted it out and escalated to a manager. Good thing I didn't listen too closely - a full week later they still haven't gotten back to me to resolve the issue or offer a refund. The clinician notes are great, but it's pretty unreasonable to only offer AI-based support.
