Function Health is Fantastic!!
Function Health is fantastic! I have made meaningful changes to my health regimen as a result of the in-depth labs compared to my what I get with my annual PCP visits. It is worth every penny. I believe in this so much I gift them to friends! The Ai is also great for helping me understand everything! I am a customer for life!

Helpful, but also not
For the most part, I appreciate the information I was able to gather. I found it helpful to know what I was deficient in. I would have given it 5 stars, but I have 2 issues. First is that the second test should be geared towards what you were out of range on before. I found having to add on additional tests annoying and it felt kind of scammy. Second is I showed my labs to a medical professional as I was getting a B12 shot the other day and she immediately was like, “You have PCOS!” I’m confused about why function couldn’t tell me the same thing. I originally planned to keep using function, but I kind of doubt I will after that.

Missing lab tests and 3-month wait for results
I did my initial labs on April 7 and 9, then I was notified in May that they weren’t able to run all tests. I did a follow up on June 3 then I was notified in July that they still weren’t able to run all tests. I didn’t get my clinician notes until July 15 and one test was still missing! Horrible experience. Also, before signing up for Function, I checked the MRI availability and there was a location in my town. After checking again, the closest one is 96 miles away. Not happy about that and will definitely be choosing a different biomarker/health company next year

Function is easy to use
Function is easy to use. The option to add tests to the basic package is relatively straightforward but sometimes not all test options appear. I had to try a few ways to get to the add on test selection to find what I wanted.

This is my second year with Function…
This is my second year with Function Health. The membership renewal was seamless. As was the case last year, I had everything needed to make and attend my appointment. Results began to fill my app the next day. It was great to see this year’s results alongside last year's for comparison. Very efficient and valuable process.

Too much repetitive info in summary
Too much repetitive info in summary. Without the benefit of specific solutions and medical advice this information is less useful. And PCP are skeptical and/or nonresponsive to the data. It’s too bad, really.
