Really bad experience- they mis led me…
Really bad experience- they mis led me on the reports that would be available after. The clinal notes I received was an ai summary and they charged me for a second round of blood work I never signed up for. I contacted them to fix it and they wouldn’t get back to me Function health to your reply- no you have not reached out

Don’t do it
Don’t do it, they are not forthcoming with what testing they will do and don’t take ownership of the result. They don’t use ultra-sensitive estradiol test for men and there for charge you an upgrade for a test that’s useless. And are lagging behind industry standard. It is well established for men you need the ultra sensitive test because the normal one doesn’t give you a value below 30 which is where most men fall. They won’t rectify this situation and there for lost a customer and subscription now.

Bragging rights!
Very easy process with a lot of feedback and guidance. We can't predict our future health but we can see markers ahead of time and that was what I was looking for. I loved the chronological age too.. gave me something to brag about!!

Misleading All Around
AI Agent gives out wrong information, Customer Service takes forever to get back to you and you have a different representative responding each time so there is no continuity to the conversation. UX on mobile app is terrible—When booking mid-year test and add-ons, there is no way to differentiate between tests included and what actually needs to be added on, so you can end up spending extra on tests that are already included (or not adding on tests which are not included). Ultimately I am only staying with Function because the initial test is a greater value than you would get by going through insurance, but the customer service and app experience has left much to be desired.
