Love everything other than the actual…
Love everything other than the actual blood draw experience. Value for money, UX within the app and website are all great. Other than convenient locations and scheduling, Quest is just rough across the board and I’d encourage you all to explore other partners.

I found this app worth the money

The results were good to see
The results were good to see. I can make meaningful changes in the way I eat, exercise sleep, etc. I believe in the results and the information given. My concerns are mainly for the consistency of getting labs. My Milo peroxide was never done. I got 159 results out of 160. When I didn’t book this within three days the order was removed and results were given.

Comprehensive
I like having a comprehensive review of my labs. so much more than I get with a traditional provider. I think it is a great value. Testing was quick and results came back quickly also

Not good experience
Not good experience, I asked for an itemized receipt like I usually get and was not able to get it. Now I can’t get reimbursed through my MRA account and now I have to pay out of pocket.

We’re sorry for the frustration this caused. Our billing team has been in contact with you directly. Function membership is FSA/HSA eligible, though reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your plan. We provide a receipt format accepted by most FSA/HSA administrators, and if additional detail is requested, your lab order includes a list of the testing from your visit and can be submitted as supporting documentation.
