The test found health problems that could have spiraled out of control, but because of these tests I caught and reversed them.

Update: Customer service reached out & resolved/ paid the promised referral. Grateful for the resolution. It's unfortunate it took so much effort and time (about 9 months?) to make it happen. ------- Had a referral on a referral promo, but never saw the referral money. Made follow up contact about it with Function Health. Never heard anything. Have had a few troubles with referrals being sent in time to the lab & one time had to reschedule as a result which was frustrating. Customer service was difficult to connect with at the time (about a year ago) but seems better recently. Function Health is pricy but good, it gives opportunity for personal health insights for the motived individual. There are similar options available that hopefully provide better follow through with referrals.

Sign up was easy. The instructions were easy to follow for getting the blood work done. Results came back more quickly than expected. It was great to see the full picture plus I added on food sensitivities. My doctor and endocrinologist order the minimum tests- like they were paying for it. Thank you.
