I felt the experience was customized and the process was supportive. I loved the chill playlist, the specific suggestions of drinking 32oz before the blood draw. I appreciated the honesty and the ease to reschedule/repeat a blood draw due to a sample or transit issue. Having these biomarkers measured gives me peace of mind. Having a thorough list of benchmarks with optimal ranges not just suggested ones in invaluable. One inconsistency is the various Quest Diagnostic Centers- some are well kept, others are not.

All around good service
The nurse that took our blood was very nice and good at drawing blood. The results came back very fast and were thorough.

Good set up and easy to use
Good set up and easy to use. Need options to add more tests. Need really good comprehensive report of all the tests that is easy to read and print for the doctor.
