Very straight-forward results and solid customer service when I had questions or needed help rescheduling. The clinician notes feel very impersonal and decently AI generated. Relying on BMI as well to inform answers feels outdated, as all of my doctors have called my weight "healthy," yet the mid-year reports called me overweight multiple times when I am barely over the line to qualify. I got more out of asking AI about my stats than relying on the notes.
