I was turned away from Quest yesterday for my lab draw because they only draw for Function between 7-9 am. This was confusing to me because I had received numerous confirmations from Function confirming my noon appointment and had dutifully fasted all morning . Why would Function not have known this and advised me ? I had been drawn to Function because of Dr Jen Ashton’s endorsement. So far, this experience has wasted my time.

I think is a great system not expensive for the amount of test you do and simple system. I recommend

All of the testing was easy. I love the data and feedback I got from testing. The feedback from the doctors was helpful and is a great way to stay on top of my health. I would love to see a reduction on MRI fees in order to take my health to another step.

I bought a Function Health membership for my mother as a gift for $365. When I tried to make sure the renewal would not be charged, I went through several rounds of automated AI replies that closed my ticket when I did not answer fast enough. Then I was told that I, the purchaser, cannot cancel or even ask about the membership I paid for. The only path is for the recipient to email them herself. I understand privacy rules. But a company that sells gift memberships should give the buyer a simple way to stop future charges and a real person to talk to. It took four days and a lot of frustration just to get a clear answer about renewal. If I had gifted this to several people, I would be stuck chasing each one. Function Health, please add a buyer-side option for gift purchases.

The whole process was so easy and I got fast results. The summary of what steps to take to improve my health was detrimental.

So insightful!! I’ve had problems for years and never could pinpoint it. I took a chance on Function health and got my answers. Best midnight purchase, I have NO regrets!! Lots of insights and worth every dollar.
