I appreciated the speed in which test results came and how informative they were. I know it is (hopefully) only a temporary glitch that Garmin can't connect, but I think that info added would be nice, and it would be nice if Quest wasn't 50 minutes from me.

13 emails to confirm no renewal—and an unexpected $395 charge It took 13 emails to get confirmation that a gift subscription would not automatically renew on my credit card. Separately, my personal membership automatically renewed for $395 without my realizing it. I also found the test pricing confusing. Tests that appeared to be included turned out to carry additional charges. What is included—and what costs extra—should be clear upfront. Other companies advertise broad lab-testing packages for roughly half the price, including testing through the same laboratory network. That makes Function’s price especially difficult to justify given my customer-service experience. After the unexpected renewal, frustrating email exchanges, and confusing extra charges, I would not recommend Function Health. Compare prices and test lists carefully, and get written confirmation if you cancel automatic renewal.

I feel great after making the adjustments I needed and would never have known without doing all the testing!

Excellent alternative to traditional way of getting labs done. The panel of biomarkers well selected to detect in depth the most common metabolic dysfunctions that can affect our health. Nice in app presentation of the results and the AI chat not very useful, I highly recommend using Function Health for a fraction of the typical labs cost. Well done!

The set up was user friendly. The results we have received so far are very well done. Also, our experience with Lab Quest was great; our appointments and services were done in a timely manner, and the staff was professional and courteous.
