Tape is not invisible, it’s actual black. Not any skin tone. I am very pale and my hair is thin so you can see the tape through my hair. Customer service so far is very responsive.

Package was severely damaged because the product was sent in a thin plastic bag and the customer care did nothing about it. They left it for me to figure out with the courier service company. Finally they made it right by providing a partial refund. They should have done that right in the beginning and not after 3 weeks and multiple follow ups.

I will start by saying the injectable hair is amazing . The regular tape in hair is horrible. Shredded all over my house after a month . There was nothing left of the tape in track after I had them removed today after only wearing them since December 18 . Worst experience wearing hair extensions so far has been with this company . I would give one star but the other hair they sell was great .
