Quality is great but customer service is excellent!! I wrote the wrong destination's address and when I noticed, the package was already on delivery by Fedex. I communicated with Full Shine and they talk to the Currier immediately and solved this problem. It was my fault and Full Shine, with no obligation, solved it for me.

My stylist said the quality of hair is exceptional! I couldn’t get hair extensions to stay in my hair for 5 months, it’s too fine. The topper clips in place and doesn’t look like a wig. Thank you!
