I was surprised to see that fullshine had under 4 stars. I've been using their extensions and toppers for years. I've ordered cashmere, bellami, foxy Locks, and milk and blush. Each one has its positive points. But most of them are very expensive as well.but fullshine is my holy grail. Their prices are incredibly reasonable and hair is very soft and shiny. All colors you can imagine as well

Hi! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We've checked your order and can confirm that the product dispatched was indeed the 16-inch variant, as requested. The label on the product packaging also states the same. We promptly reached out to you upon receiving your query, requesting photos for verification, but unfortunately haven't heard back yet. We're more than willing to facilitate an exchange or refund if there's indeed an issue with the product length. Please respond at your earliest convenience so we can assist you further.

I’ve had a great experience with this brand! I bought 22inch black weft extension from them and they were wonderful. I’ve had them in for just about 4 months and they are holding up wonderfully. Still look amazing, little to no damage although I don’t use heat but once a month maybe less than that. In conclusion I these highly recommend these extensions!

This company offers you shipping for 3-5 buisness day if your purchase of over $100. Mine was and it has been two weeks and two days. I’ve reached out and they keep telling me they will send me the tracking info. but it has been in the same spot for a week. crazy

Hi Reanna We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the logistical issues with your recent order. I deeply regret the delay and any inconvenience it may have caused you. We have been actively working to resolve this problem. After investigating with the courier, it appears that your package may have been lost in transit. We have provided you with feedback and explanations via email, and I understand how frustrating this must be. As a new customer, your satisfaction and experience are of utmost importance to us. Therefore, to ensure you receive the hair you desire promptly, we have covered the shipping costs to expedite the reshipment. The tracking number was also previously sent to you via email. The package has now been successfully delivered, and I hope you are satisfied with the products.
