We are aware of the issue of some customers not realizing they were signing up for a subscription and getting an unexpected charge, we're sorry and we didn't mean to give you a negative experience! Of course, we make all refunds to anyone who did get an unexpected payment. When you bought the course there was a checkbox to add a trial subscription. We also once again specified the trial conditions on the pages after the purchase and sent an email about trial details. And we realized that the agreement to subscription conditions was still unclear for some people. We stopped the sales experience that was misleading you.
