FTXReviews of ftx.us

Holding my money. It has been two months and the video they wanted won’t upload. It’s all bs. I keep getting a run around. They claim safety however I am not buying it. I am filing a lawsuit if this issue hasn’t been resolved within a week. DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM.

I keep trying to withdraw my money from FTX.US and something keeps going wrong. They have asked me for multiple selfies, asked me to include my ID in the selfies along with a handwritten note. How am I supposed to get all of that crap into an image while keeping my face "unobscured". It's just BS and a reason for them to keep my money. Filing acomplaint with the SEC because I'm tired of playing the runaround.

I followed the instructions to create an account. I made the deposit. BUT then it made me take selfies and the app is not working when trying to do this. BEWARE. IF you plan on using this company. DO NOT MAKE A DEPOSIT UNTIL YOU GET through all the other hoops they will make you do. No other company has made me do this. BEWARE When contacting support through the only way, which is opening a support ticket online. they tell me that all deposits are held for 7 days for Security reasons. This is the ONLY company that does this. When you pay with a Debit card, it should be available immediately. This business will not last. So you might not want to give them your money. You may NEVER see it again.

I usually don't write reviews but my experience with them was exceptional. Never had any problems withdrawing or depositing. I made a big mistake 2 days ago and entered the wrong memo when depositing. The support was very responsive and although they had the right to just keep my money, they credited it to me within 48 hours after providing proof.

Trash company. They dont uphold or follow their own policies with withdrawals and deposits. I cant get money out and its been weeks, not "3-5 biz days". Can't send it anywhere, can't take it out. Support has no idea. I thought I would give these guys a shot because of how much marketing they are doing but they are probably one of the worst exchanges out there right now. The complete antithesis of what crypto is all about.

Garbage scammers. Hold your money for days and days claiming it’s pending when block has confirmed. Don’t answer ur tickets until after they release n say oops sorry for the scam

Non-existent customer support. Made a test transfer to ftx.us of $100 USDC and carefully checked and matched every setting, my transaction went through properly, but was never credited on the exchange. OK, I'll connect with customer support and create a support ticket. You can fill out a ticket, enter your info and hit the submit button. You won't get a notification that your request went through, you won't get an e-Mail notification, and worst of all you won't get a response! I submitted two tickets, both were ignored. Get out now while you still can. FTX.us is horrible and doesn't deserve your business.

#1 awful software interface on mobile & web #2 awful customer support - #3 no direct line to customer support DO NOT USE THIS EXCHANGE NOT MATTER HOW MUCH STEPH CURRY GETS PAID FOR ADVERTISING IT.
