I have staked FTT and SOL then on the same day decided to unstake them. They said I have to wait 7 days AND THEY CHARGED ME 10% WITHDRAWAL FEES. This is a steal. 10% staking fee is after I finish the cycle and get the rewards but to unstake after few hours..it is simply a steal. Imagine staking 40 SOL and you lose 4 SOL just a steal...isn't it. If I stake the 40 SOL for ONE year, I may get 4-6 SOL so basically I lost one year worth of staking!!!!!!!!!!Never stake with them Stake for 5% or even less with others.

This is the smoothest crypto site on the internet, and has one of the best reputations in the industry. The negative reviews here seem like people paid by competitors... check Twitter, this exchange has a sterling reputation.

It's early but they have been great so far. Here's why: Extremely fast sign up and account approval on my institutional account (for my Solo 401k). Fast and reliable wire transfers in and same-day funds availability so far. LOW fees and excellent customer service. I've emailed them twice after midnight EST and got an actual reply with actual info within 30-60 mins both times. Getting a timely and helpful response from customer service is NOT the norm in this industry from what I've experienced. They don't have a lot of coins/pairs but just getting onto an exchange is a big hurdle right now. I've heard from others that CB is 3-4 weeks for institutional account. I haven't even heard back from 4+ other exchanges/wallets I signed up for on the same day. K got my account opened in 1-2 weeks (mostly my fault for not having the right application docs). But FTX was way, way faster. No outages or getting locked out so far, which has already happened to me on bigger exchanges - and is SUPER frustrating. Haven't tried extensive trading or a withdraw yet. Their FAQ doesn't seem lengthy but was easy to understand for funding and converting. Very, very happy I found them!

Unprofessional crypto exchange run by a bunch of crooks. They ask for your selfie for every step. They ask for a selfie for deposit, for withdrawal, for linking bank, trading and for every other step. Please stay from this site. There are much more established and safe websites like Binance and Gemini.

Do not use this exchange!! After depositing around $5000 they asked me to send my IDs. I submitted all my documents and then they asked me to submit a selfie holding the ID and a note. I did that as well and then they replied me with another mail to send a different selfie. They just tricked me into sending my ID documents as well as stealing $5000 from me.
