FTX.US is a horrible platform and thier support is the worst in the business. They rarely respond and will sometimes give you incorrect information.

FTX is a horrible company. A technical issue caused me to lose thousands of dollars and they wont acknowledge it or do the due diligence to track down my lost funds and returned to my wallet. This was a huge mistake to utilize and trust this company. They have rude support service reps who close your ticket without resolving the issue or discussing solutions. If anyone is considering using this company I advise to stay far away. Based on my experience, as well as others here, the company won't last long unless there are significant changes made. This has been the worst experience I've had in the cryptocurrency industry by far. FTX is the kind of company that is giving the crypto industry a bad reputation. My only recourse is to take them to court which will cost them more time and money, opposed to doing the right thing to take the time to track down and return my missing funds. Anyone that has lost money with this company I suggest to ignore the meaningless disclaimers and their frivolous attempts to discourage you with “compliance” legal department email links. Go straight to court to force them to pay up. Some companies don't deserve to be in business and this is one of them without a doubt.

Please beware of this exchange. It has been holding my crypto and will not let me withdraw it. It literally locked up my account and will not let me do anything in it just as though they took it from me. The worst is that the customer service is non existent at this point - they don't respond at all. This is either a failing exchange or they are corrupt and planning on just keeping whatever we have in it and just disappearing? They have now stolen lots of crypto from me.

Buying NFTs on this website is a massive pain. The support is extremely slow or even non-existent. They used depecptive marketing to get people to deposit money during the Steph Curry 2974 NFT launch. After you deposit money into FTX.us you can't use that money for buying NFTs or withdraw it for around 15 days. But even until the day before the launch, the FTX team was actively getting people to deposit money into their accounts while not telling us about the deplay is using our money and a lot of people, including me, could not take part in the NFT launch. Still unable to withdraw my money and my suppoer ticket has had no response.

FTX USA Is ok but is really only good for Hodlers as it Only has 35 actual trade coins with about 1/3 of those being stable/Fiat coins so basically they have only about 20 of the most popular coins that can ever gain in value, so it's really Not worth the time and effort to verify until they allow more coins since those 20 coins are the same ones that have been around for several years and never really gain any substantial value greater than %5 in the short term... I'd like to add that after reading some of the reviews here, if you don't know how to convert and transfer coins to a different exchange for withdrawal/deposits and are afraid of losing money due to high risk investments, You should probably never even consider Crypto...

After a week, I'm still waiting to receive my confirmed wire transfer (the others processed normally). I contacted the support on the portal asking for the CRO or TRN of the payment, nothing. I contacted the Telegram channel this morning, Mr Stan, nothing. I contacted the Telegram channel again in the afternoon, Mr Rey, nothing. Honestly, from FTX, I expected a lot more. You've lost a customer, and judging by the huge number of reports in your Telegram Channel, I'm not the only one you'll lose today. Ps, I am a company owner, I give you some advice, hire more (and more qualified) staff. Pps, you ask us to be patient about our money, I would ask you to have as much patience when you close a position in leverage 20.

Worst app ever, surprised Apple. Awful support. Designed with a focus to make money off yours forever. Google home may people have lots their entire portfolio, profile... support is a is a bot "reset password"

So many issues with this site, first my funds were locked - can't withdraw, can't use to buy crypto. Help tickets were no help, they constantly ignore you for weeks. Then issues with KYC - without telling me why, they claimed that my account was fraudulent and refused to provide evidence or work it out with me. There are many more reputable CEXes out there, save yourself some $ and time!!!
