Top notch customer support
I had a rough experience with the products. Unfortunately they were a little too harsh for my skin. I contacted customer support, and my products were immediately refunded. The person assisting me was so supportive and understanding. It took a total of maybe 30 minutes tops of email correspondence to sort things out. Even though their products weren't for me, I can confidently say that their customer support is top notch.

I love the feel of the balm on my face!
I love the feel of the balm & how my skin feels. I think I'm seeing some change, but it's a little early to know for sure.

Great service backing great products
Wonderful products with minimal packaging. Customer service responds quickly, issues are resolved just as quickly. Great products, great service!

They do not cancel your subscription…
They do not cancel your subscription after you canceled it online yourself. I am still getting repeat charges of £95 and I am left to dispute it with no success.

I love this product but it a spoon to get it out
I love this product but it would be great if I had something to help get the product out of the jar. But it’s a really nice balm. It goes on smooth and it provides great hydration under foundation.

So far it's going great....
This is the first time I've been able to use a balm without it making me break out. My skin looks brighter and healthier and I have been very happy with the results so far. I haven't had to reach out to the company with any problems but they seem very nice and send emails interested in how I'm doing or how I like their product which I like.
