This is such a great company to work with. My products got lost in the mail and the customer service was exceptional. After some research on their part they replaced my order without delay. I would highly recommend them and plan on a future with this company.

Karon! That means so much to us. When things go wrong with shipping, we always want to make it right as quickly as possible. Really glad the team got your replacement out without delay. And hearing you plan to stick with us going forward? That's the best thing I've read all day. Thank you!! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I can already feel and see the difference in just a week. My skin is softer and lines are less visible.

I’ve been using the Hyper Potent Dark Circles & Bag Eye Balm for about 2 weeks and am literally obsessed. I could actually see a marked a difference starting the very first morning I woke up after using it the night before. I’ve used very expensive eyecreams from Rodan & Fields and from my plastic surgeon’s office. It’s crazy, but they do not even hold a candle to Froya. I cannot stress how much I love this product and how well it works. I don’t have bags under my eyes and have just a hint of dark cicles - my real complaint was fine lines (I’m 54). But the product wiped away all traces of my cicles, and made my eyes look hydrated and more youthful. Will buy again and again.

Michelle, wow!! This review absolutely made our day. The Hyper Potent Dark Circles & Bag Eye Balm is one of our favorites and hearing that it outperformed products from high end brands and even your plastic surgeon's office is just incredible. So happy your eyes are looking hydrated and youthful. We can't wait to keep delivering for you! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Fast shipping, great customer, service, and unbelievable results. I have not seen this kind of result in the 9 1/2 years that my daughter has suffered with eczema, unless with a steroid. I’m hopeful that this product will lead us to complete healing.
Response from Froya OrganicsApr 5, 2026
Krista, thank you so much for sharing this. Hearing about your daughter's eczema journey and that our product is giving her results she hasn't seen in over 9 years, that honestly means the world to us. We're rooting for complete healing for her. Please keep us posted on how she's doing! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
