The lovely person who replied to my email very quickly and was such a great help which was really great as I was getting quite concerned about my order as I was charged for it but I thought I hadn’t received an email confirming the order. As we were going back and forward with emails looking for my order I suddenly thought about looking in my husbands emails and there it was, I had accidentally used his email to order my balm, once we had sorted everything out the lovely person who was helping me sent me the Royal Mail tracking link and I could see my order is arriving tomorrow which is such a great relief as I was beginning to think I had been scammed.

I tried this product and, unfortunately, it did not work for me. My skin got irritated and broke out. True to their word, they refunded the second shipment, as I didn't cancel it in time. I sent them pictures of my skin around my eyes and mouth and they were glad to refund me in full.
