The customer service
The customer service was exceptional and super friendly. I had an issue with my order and it was resolved immediately. They were understanding, patient and made what was an overall frustrating situation, smooth and easy. They exceeded my expectations. I would be a repeat customer for their customer service alone! The products themselves are amazing as well.

I received a reply literally 3 minutes…
I received a reply literally 3 minutes after sending an email to make an enquiry on changing an order. And the instructions were easy to follow and accurate. By the way, love the products.

Great company and customer service!
I have a subscription to a couple of products that I love. One of them showed up broken and leaking from the shipping. After sending an email, they responded very quickly and had a replacement ready to send to me. Wonderful customer service and wonderful products!!

The products are amazing!
The products are amazing! Just a little covers the eyes, face and neck. I have very sensitive skin and was concerned about integrating something new but my skin absolutely loves it! No signs of irritation, just glowing, healthy looking skin! I have only been using the products a little over a week but I notice how beautiful my skin looks and feels! Thank you Froya!!
