The products are absolutely phenomenal! My skin and hair have never looked so good. The support is pretty outstanding, also. I always get quick responses, and those responses are very friendly, courteous, and professional.

Blown away. Within a week my skin cleared up. I’m getting the odd tiny pimple but nothing like before where I had spots which were angry and took so long to heal. I’ve actually got anxiety that I will run out of this balm now.. please never stop making it!!!

the froya products are not made well. the bees wax hardens and even upon placing the jar in hot water it stays hard. I wanted to return the product and was told I had to submit before and after pictures. along with that it does clog pores. obviously, I will not be ordering again from this company.

I ordered the Wrinkle Eraser Balm and the Eye Balm. I’m loving the Eye Balm and although it’s only been a couple of days I have noticed that it’s already reducing swelling in Both upper and lower eyelids! I inadvertently burned and dried out my upper lids on the inner corner with Trenatoin Cream back in the spring and at 65 years they haven’t “bounced back” to how they were before despite trying to restore the moisture barrier with things like Aquaphor which helped, but now upper corners tend to swell overnight and look like accordion pleats in the morning from dryness! After just 2 days my accordion pleats are not perfect, but most definitely Reduced!! 🙌 Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to try the wrinkle balm yet as it arrived broken and glass slivers were all inside the product! I contacted Frøya to tell them how my package arrived and sent photos! With no questions asked Froya sent me an email advising me that they are sending a replacement jar of the Wrinkle Eraser Balm!! I am very pleased with the Eye Balm so far, I am looking forward to using the Wrinkle Eraser Balm and I am giving a huge Shout Out to Froya for their timely and responsive Customer Service!! 5 Stars and standing 10 toes down on Froya’s amazing Customer Service!! 😊

When I received my order, it had a tariff charge attached that I thought I would have to challenge with my government. But it's Froya that took the lead and reinbursed me directly on my credit card. This is an exceptionnal company with exceptionnal product. I'm a forever Froya client.
