Very helpful and fast replies
They replied very fast every time I had a question. They were very polite and super helpful, and when I needed to cancel an order and get a refund they did it pretty much immediately! No long days of waiting for a reply and going back and forth trying to figure out the problem. Very effective and communicative.

Good customer service!
Although the product didn't work for me, the customer service was fantastic! Emails were answered quickly. I received my refund quickly.

Excellent customer care
Frøya responded within 24 hours when I messaged asking them to retrospectively apply a discount code I had forgotten to use. They were super polite, efficient and helpful and I got my discount with no bother at all! Charlie Williams

Great follow up and responsiveness to resolve issue
My rep followed up and helped me resolve my issue of a missing item by reordering it quickly so that I should get it before leaving for the holidays. She/He was extremely responsive, so quick on email that it felt like a chat. I am very much looking forward to gifting my family some of your products that I have enjoyed so much.
