At first, Froya Organics has shown quick and professional customer service. Of course - by the time a customer got hooked. I've experienced the worst customer care afterwards, due to the lack of information about their "subscription" scheme and payment discount. The day I purchased the products, I have been in touch with them, and I've been assured immediately that all my questions were responded. I ask them If they need me to upload somewhere the photos, they say - no need, keep it for yourself. Later the same month, I am receiving another order, as they have made another payment WITHOUTH MY AUTHORISATION. What a company does this in 2025?!? I was misled by their social media ads, I've ordered my one and only purchase, and few weeks after I've been charged and delivered a second box, which 1st - I didn't expect and want, and 2nd I wasn't aware of. In continuation with my drama with them, I have had more than 30 emails regarding this case. Customer service become not so friendly anymore. Trying to manipulate our initial conversation and making me agree with their conditions at a very late stage. They started asking the photos, which once their customer agent wrote me in official email- that there is no need. Incredible arrogant. I mean - why would I subscribe to cosmetic products, which I will try now for the 1st time.. what if my skin doesn't like it.. OFC I wouldn't do this, and I have to call my bank and make official claim for money back. I am super disappointed from the program they've set for their new customers. Furthermore, my skin didn't coped with their products - it was clogging my pores. The products feels like vax which never dries off.

Unfortunately I recently lost my job and when I received the email reminder notification for the upcoming subscription payment, I immediately sent an email to Froya asking if I can cancel my subscription under the uncontrollable circumstance. They immediately responded confirming that they have cancelled my subscription. I am so grateful for their understanding.
