Wow!!!!!! I have two adult special needs with horrible eczema. Within hours it was lighter in color. Calmed down & has only improved relief. I know it is working deeper than just on the skin because my son goes to it on his own, to reapply, for the same relief.

Support email response was very quick < 1 business day, and my concerns and issues were explored and addressed. I was offered a replacement for my product due to issues that occurred during shipping and it appeared that my feedback was taken under consideration.
