There was a mixup with my order, and they were amazing to work with. The products themselves are exceptional, especially the magic wrinkle eraser night balm. Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience.
Response from Froya OrganicsFeb 26, 2026
Kimberly, so glad we could make the mixup right and that the overall experience still felt great!! And "exceptional, especially the magic wrinkle eraser night balm," that makes me so happy to hear. That one is a fan favorite for a reason. Thank you for the kind words!! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Kristy
The products are lovely! They make my skin feel so soft and glowing. I usually can't put anything on my face or it will break out. So, im very grateful for these non pore clogging products!!!
Response from Froya OrganicsFeb 26, 2026
Kristy, this is so wonderful!! Soft, glowing, and not breaking out, that's everything. Skin that normally reacts to products finding something it loves, honestly that's the best thing to hear. We care a lot about keeping our formulas clean and skin-friendly, so thank you for noticing and sharing this!! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I got a reminder of an auto ship I had forgotten about — I contacted support/help in an absolute panic! I needed to cancel it and not get charged! They were in it immediately and processed the refund. I am SO grateful! Top of the line customer service.
Response from Froya OrganicsFeb 26, 2026
Elyn, a panic auto-ship situation sorted out immediately with a full refund, that is what we're here for!! So glad the team could jump in fast and take care of it for you. No one should have to stress about things like that. Really appreciate the kind words!! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I hit the order button while scrolling but did not want the order. Everyone was off for Christmas but it was taken care of first thing on Monday. Thank you so much!!
Response from Froya OrganicsFeb 26, 2026
Cherie, first thing Monday morning after Christmas, that's exactly the kind of team we want to be!! Those accidental scrolling-order moments happen to everyone, so happy we could get it sorted out for you without any stress. Thank you so much for the kind words! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Ok, the positive reviews speak for themselves, so I shelled out way more money than I usually do for these products. Um - after 2 months of reluctantly using them (I don't like the texture, I don't like the "Insane Glow" daycream, because I don't want to glow like a carrot, etc.), my skin is dry, uncomfortable and dull - and sort of pimply. I feel that I could've just bought a jar of Vaseline and put some orange/yellow tints in it to achieve the same result. Sorry guys.

Hi Mijo, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that the products didn’t feel like the right fit for your skin. Everyone’s skin is unique, and sometimes what works beautifully for many may not feel the same for others, and that’s completely understandable. Our balms are made with rich botanical ingredients and nourishing oils that help restore balance and hydration naturally, but they do require only a very small amount to avoid that heavier texture you mentioned. When spread evenly, the Insane Glow usually leaves a soft, luminous finish rather than an orange tone. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me personally at [email protected]. I’d love to locate your order and offer you personalized follow-up and recommendations that could make your next experience with us much better. Thank you again for giving Frøya a try and for helping us continue to grow through your feedback. Warm regards, Erikah Customer Support Manager . Frøya Organics
AMBER
I've only been using the Hyper Potent Dark Circles & Bag Eye Balm for no more than 2 weeks, and my siblings said they already notice a difference! (Even after a week of traveling with little/no sleep!)
Response from Froya OrganicsMar 1, 2026
Hey Amber! When even your siblings notice the difference, you know it's working! And after traveling with barely any sleep? That's honestly the best test you could put it through. The Hyper Potent Dark Circles & Bag Eye Balm is seriously one of our most loved products and reviews like yours are exactly why. Thank you for this 🙌 All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
