Excellent creams
I am using creams for few months now and they are excellent. Last 50 years I was changing creams every few years trying to find the right one. No real success until Froya. This one will stay with me forever. And the product is soo good that I decided to try shampoo for my hair too. Looking forward to try. Also customer service is helpful and solving delivery problem in few days.

Maria! After 50 years of searching, the fact that you've found your forever cream with us is just incredible. That honestly means everything. And so excited that you're trying the shampoo too, I think you'll love it! Thank you for your loyalty and for being part of the Frøya family. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, friendly and thorough in explanation. The products are fantastic but I didn’t need my next order just yet as the products are so densely concentrated. I was able to cancel the automated order for which I am very thankful.
Response from Froya OrganicsFeb 24, 2026
Hey there! You're so right, our products are really concentrated so a little goes a long way. Glad we could cancel that order easily for you. Whenever you're ready for your next batch, we'll be here. Thanks for the kind words about the team!! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

zero stars..
zero stars... tracking days after my order indicated that my gist order was shipped to my billing address. I repeatedly contacted their (AI) customer support. finally ai said I was being transferred to a human. no human responded. I continued to try to contact froya. no response. I still do not have the products that I paid for. I am left to contact my bank for theft and refund.

Hei Lisa, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience , that’s not the level of service we want for any of our customers. I couldn’t find your name or order in our system, so please contact me directly at [email protected] so I can personally review your case and see what happened. We only use a chatbot on our website to help customers while we sleep, but our support team is fully human and available 24/7 by email. I promise I’ll make sure this is resolved for you as soon as you reach out. Erikah . Customer Support Manager Frøya Organics

Customer service makes me happy
As I have not yet received my goods, I can only share my experience with customer service at this point. I had forgotten to redeem my welcome voucher and sent an email to customer support asking if there was any way to do so retrospectively. The next day, I received a reply stating that the value of the voucher would be refunded.
Response from Froya OrganicsFeb 24, 2026
Juliane, we love that the customer service made you happy even before the products arrived! No one should miss out on their welcome voucher, so we were happy to sort that out for you. Can't wait for you to get your order and start your Frøya journey 😊 All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Simple and so effective
I am lucky enough to be a senior citizen often complimented on her skin. But I just reached a milestone birthday and my skin looked tired. Then I tried your glow balms and my skin plumped up and glowed immediately. I'm in love!
Response from Froya OrganicsFeb 24, 2026
Happy milestone birthday!! And how amazing that your skin plumped up and glowed right away with the glow balms. That's the kind of instant result that makes us so proud of what we've created. You deserve to feel (and look!) incredible. Thank you for sharing this 🙌 All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
