Return impossible
So the "not happy, give it back" pormise is a scam. You have to document your use and change of your face, to get your money back. I am not okay with using this cream, since it's oily and I would just shimmer 24/7. But returning it as promised isn't possible, even if I am not happy. It also is an subscription and traps people into buying more of it. If you return unopend items from the subscription, (what is possible, thank god) you gotta pay for shipping yourself, what is very expensive. So it wasn't a nice experience at all. The second star is just for the natural ingrediends. Even if this products are useless for me, they might be natural and good for people who doesn't mind having an oily face all day.
