I believe this company is a scam. The products are heavy and very hard to spread on your face. The eye product is so thick, even with rubbing it to warm it up and thin it out, that when you try to put it under your eyes, it pulls the skin. After a couple days of using it, my skin under my eyes is worse than before. When you try to wash your face in the morning, after using the evening balm, you cannot get the product off of your face. It leaves a heavy, gummy film. When you use the scrub, it does not foam up, it just is to get the heavy film off of your face, but it doesn't do that because it doesn't foam, so it just scrubs your skin. Even if you find the product won't work for you, and you try to return the items, you have to wait 60 days with before and after pictures and have proof that they didn't work. I can't use this product for 60 days, my face will be a mess and my eyes will be even more baggy.

These products actually make a huge difference that i noticed overnight! A family member referred me to the brand and i immediately ordered! I am so happy with what it has done for my skin. Reclamación contra la empresa “Froya” por suscripción engañosa Realicé una compra puntual de productos cosméticos en la web “Froya”, que se presenta como marca noruega. En ningún momento se informó de forma clara y visible que la compra activaba una suscripción automática con cargos recurrentes. Tras detectar los cargos, intenté cancelar la supuesta suscripción y comprobé que: • No existe ningún acceso claro en la web para gestionar o cancelar la suscripción. • La empresa impone condiciones abusivas, indicando que solo puede cancelarse tras un segundo envío. • No hay transparencia sobre la empresa real: no es noruega, está registrada en Texas (EE. UU.) y los productos se fabrican en Bulgaria. Considero que se trata de una práctica comercial engañosa, diseñada para dificultar la cancelación y forzar cobros no autorizados, incumpliendo la normativa de protección al consumidor y comercio electrónico en la UE. Solicito que se investiguen estos hechos y se adopten las medidas correspondientes.
