Completely waste of money.
The company bombards us with product advertising, and I, like so many people who fall for it, spent almost $100 on 3 products that are useless.
I used it for almost 10 days, leaving my skin completely oily and with an orange color.
In the morning the skin is still almost oozing oil, and there is no point in washing it, just using an astringent to remove it, and not completely.
I reached out to the company to request a return/refund, through their page.
After answering a questionnaire saying whether I opened and used the products, the request was denied, saying that the products had already been opened.
It is laughable, how does this company imagine that I am asking for a refund if I don't open and use them first?
I spoke to them via chat, and they say that it is possible to return it after 60 days of use, and showing photos - proof.
To leave a review, they provide a link, which automatically goes to another page, so the reviews shown on their website are probably the ones chosen with 5 stars, or they tell you to put the review in an email provided by them.
Really untrustworthy company.
I absolutely do not recommend it.
My review probably won't be seen, as they won't post it on their page.

Buyer Beware
Buyer Beware! I bought Froya Hyper Potent Dark Circles & Bag Eye Balm recently. The first thing that I noticed was that the packaging was difficult to open. I now believe that is a way for Froya to protect themselves from returns. When I did use the product, I noticed that it was making my skin an unnatural shade of orange. And then things got weird. I broke out in a slight rash and quit using the product immediately, contacting Froya to see about a refund and fell into the Circle of Doom. Apparently, I can only get a refund if I use the product for 60 days: documenting my use with before and after photos after using the product that gave me a rash upon one use. Why would I want to continue using a product that caused a rash for 60 days? This didn't make any sense so after several chats back and forth, I was finally given instructions on returning the other product that I hadn't opened from Froya for a refund. I paid for postage but I did get a partial refund.
So my warning is: take photos of your skin before you begin using Froya products, just in case you wish to return any products because of adverse reactions. Be prepared to explain yourself adequately, and good luck with that.

Great product
Great product. I decided to try it during my trip to Poland. It's winter there and really cold. I know the skin needs extra care in those conditions and froth has delivered. The fact there's no water in product makes sure the balm is suitable for below zero temperatures. My skin looks hydrated and glowing and feels so soft!
