Truly fantastic- the instant rosacea
Truly fantastic- the instant rosacea, acne and redness stopper has magically solved my t-zone issues: no breakouts and no shine since I started using this a week ago

Utterly appalling customer service
Utterly appalling customer service. I ordered a set of products costing over £100. Without my knowledge I was signed up to a subscription. When I because aware I contacted them repeatedly, and several days before the next order shipped, to cancel. They said they would 'refer my query' and then ignored me. Then replied after the shipping (and charging me £135) saying they'd had email problems and it was now too late to cancel the order. I returned it following their returns procedure several weeks ago and still no refund has been recieved.

Hi Emma, I’m truly sorry for how frustrating this situation has been for you. I’d just like to gently clarify that subscriptions are never applied on our end. During checkout, there is an option to subscribe in order to receive the associated benefits and discount, and this has to be actively selected. That said, we absolutely understand how upsetting it can feel if that option was selected unintentionally. Regarding the cancellation, it appears your request came through once the order had already been processed and dispatched, which unfortunately meant we were unable to intercept it in time. I can also see that the parcel was returned. Once returns arrive at our warehouse, they must be received, inspected, and confirmed by the fulfilment team before a refund is released. If there was any delay in that confirmation reaching you, I sincerely apologise. I will be reaching out to you directly so we can look into this properly and make sure everything is fully resolved. Ich habe die Creme gegen Rötungen und Unreinheiten für meine Rosazea gekauft, obwohl ich ehrlich gesagt nicht viel erwartet habe – vor allem, weil sie ausschließlich aus natürlichen Inhaltsstoffen besteht. Umso überraschter bin ich jetzt: Meiner Haut geht es deutlich besser. Es ist natürlich kein Wundermittel und nicht alles ist wie weggezaubert, aber die Rötungen haben spürbar nachgelassen und das Hautbild wirkt insgesamt ruhiger. Einen Placebo-Effekt halte ich eher für unwahrscheinlich, da ich anfangs ziemlich skeptisch war. Für mich daher definitiv eine Empfehlung.

Could not be more pleased with the results
I purchased several items. I was experiencing very irritated, dry, red flaky, itchy skin. I found Froya on an online search. Reviews were good so I took a chance. So glad I did. Products did exactly as promised and quickly. I had tried several other lines -- nothing was doing much. Really love the day cream and the instant anti-redness and itching products. I really can't get over the results. My skin looks better than before I had these flare-ups.
