I signed up for the subscription service for the anti-age glow day balm. First of all, the product does very little - it is not great for oily skin and has become more of a hand /foot cream for me, because it’s not worth putting on my face. I’d recommend this product if you have no issues with your skin, as it won’t help with anything major at all. Second of all, the customer service is TERRIBLE. I don’t know why there’s so many positive reviews for it, when actually this company is essentially trying to take your money and will deliberately obstruct your attempts to cancel the subscription. I had to email them several times to get my account cancelled. Each time, a patronising AI responded to me, and then of course did nothing about my issue. The whole system was set up so that they could wait out my request, keep taking my money, and put responsibility back on me for not being able to access my account, when if fact all issues were on their end. When I finally got in touch with a person - allegedly, I’m not convinced it wasn’t an AI, and they certainly used AI to write the email response - they had the cheek to ask me to write a 5 star review for their service. No? Email support at froya.reamaze.com for a more direct line. TL;DR company is dodgy, don’t purchase useless products from them.
