Hidden subscription model
Hidden subscription model. Products expensive and frankly all of them are the same. Heavy on skin, greasy.

We would like to clarify that our subscription option is entirely optional and must be actively selected during checkout in order to access the discounted price. We do not automatically enroll customers into subscriptions. Subscriptions can also be cancelled at any time through the customer portal or by contacting our support team. Regarding the product texture, our formulations are intentionally rich and nourishing, particularly for dry or mature skin types. However, skincare is very personal, and what works well for one person may not feel suitable for another. Customer service is AMAZING!!!
I cannot rate the the Froya products yet as I am new and just ordered. However…I had an issue in the ordering process and Jason was right on it AND ON A SATURDAY! I thought I’d have to wait until Monday. So far I’m extremely impressed! Their customer service, at this point, is over and above! I’m thrilled! Vicki C.

The products are amazing and customer…
The products are amazing and customer service was truly helpful in refunding a subscription that had gone through although I wasn’t ready to order. They were able to refund me due to my circumstances and I will happily order more when the timing is right.

I love the product (miracle night balm)…
I love the product (miracle night balm) very much, you can really see the difference in my fine lines. When my second order didn't arrive, I reached out to customer support and they sent me another one that arrived in 3 days.
