The company seems great and I got really good customer service - prompt and friendly. I can't comment on the effectiveness of the products though because as soon as I put them on, I had to take them off again. This was because the smell was so strong and really overwhelming, not at all pleasant. Really wanted this to work out but sad to say it will be going in the bin! I was given a partial refund of my order of $150.

Beware of the "Guarantee" – Caused breakouts in new areas I bought the starter kit based on the glowing reviews, but it was a huge mistake. I usually only break out on my jawline, but this caused bumps all over my forehead and nose, plus an increase in blackheads. To make matters worse, the "guarantee" is nearly impossible to claim. You’re required to have a "before" photo and wait 90 days to take more—I'm not going to keep damaging my skin for three months just to get my money back. Total waste of money.
