Frøya Organics is a U.S.-registered company, and we operate with multiple warehouses in locations such as Florida, Europe, and Australia so that we can efficiently ship to customers around the world. Because of this logistics setup, packages may ship from different fulfillment centers depending on the destination. At the moment, we have not been able to locate any recent contact from you in our 24/7 support channel ([email protected]), which is where all customer inquiries are normally handled. All of our reviews are from real customers. While not every experience is the same, many customers have shared positive experiences with our products. We are also sorry to hear your comments regarding the packaging, as our brand packaging is professionally produced and carefully prepared by our fulfillment partners.
