I am so happy with their quick response! If it is Monday - Friday, I always get a quick reply to my emails. Customer Service team is great! And I think this is so important to build trust with any company. I started using Froya products in 2025 and I love them. But the test of fire is always the service after your first purchase. I can confidently say that they get 5 starts from me. :)

Hey Rose! This made our day!! You're so right that the real test is the service after your first purchase, and we're thrilled we passed with flying colors. Building trust with our customers is everything to us. So happy you've been loving the products since 2025 and we're here for you anytime 🙌 All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Excellent customer service! Although the two Froya products I ordered weren't for me, I still wanted to leave a positive review. The two items I ordered arrived promptly. I tried them for three months. A very tiny amount is all that's needed so they last a long time. When I accidentally signed up for their subscription, they were very prompt, professional, and understanding. They helped me cancel my subscription and issued a refund without any hassle. All interactions I had were positive and helpful. All products may not be for everyone, but I would still highly recommend Froya because of the high quality and excellent customer service.

Wow, thank you so much for this. It really says a lot that even though the products weren't the perfect fit for you, you still took the time to share such a thoughtful review. We totally understand that not every product works for everyone, and we're just glad the experience with our team was a good one. No hassle is exactly how it should be. We really appreciate the recommendation and wish you all the best! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
