BUGS..
BUGS... moving bugs in the sand that they say is an exfoliate. I wrote the company and got no response.. I like the moisturizer but I would not get it again..I had a very bad experience with the subscription sending me way too many items why to freq.. then when I returned it took a VERY long time for a refund

Excellent immediate customer service
Excellent immediate customer service. I wanted to clear up a concern with my order. The response was same-day and my order was shipped out pronto. Looking forward to trying a product from this company.

Skincare sceptic here
I am a sceptic. After years on expensive skincare routines I tried hard not to cave to marketing but alas I tried Froya. I was worried it was a gimmick, but today after one week of use my skin looks different! More plump, even, smooth and healthy. There is a noticeable difference, particularly fond of the night balm, it’s heavenly on the skin. This is a great product and easily rivals pricier brands.

Good skin care system
I like the product. I like that the products are in glass jars. I have been using the product for two and a half weeks. I'm a little concerned because it looks like my skin is breaking out in a rash. I'm going to try and use these products for a full 60 days. Hopefully the rash goes away. I like how my skin feels, especially after I use the scrub.

In love with this skincare
These products are incredible. I’ve used other natural/organic products before but nothing has ever made my face feel as soft as Froya has. I’m very pleased so far.

Quick and responsive customer service
I needed to cancel my order (and subscription) the day after I placed my order. I emailed the company and they responded quickly and took care of everything that day. I confirmed that I was also refunded quickly. Overall I was very pleased with the quick and responsive customer service.
