These are great products from FROYA Organics, I have thrown away my chemical serums and my completion is lots better . The customer service team are excellent, respond and resolve any questions/ problems quickly. Very pleasant and professional.

I emailed on a Sunday and had a quick response! Amazing! I do like this product and it is hard to pay for it, but I make the sacrifice because I am 68 and trying not to look like an old lady because I am still in the work force. Thank you for spreading out delivery/charges so that I can continue using Froya!

I had really good customer experience because unfortunatly a subscription had been started when I bought the first 2 products at the beginning of the year- I don't know how it happened as I never have subscriptions. Anyway suddenly money was taken and an email confirmed that my subsvritpion had just taken place. I panicked and contacted customer support - yes it is an AI support but they had my request for a full refund and I went onto the site and cancelled the subscription (with the date that it started that same day?). Anyway early hours I had an email to confirm I had received a full refund. What a relief as it is expensive. That saying I have the 4 product pack. I really think the products are very good quality and worth the price. I have rosecea and it helps to protect my skin in the winter and the products don't irritate my skin. A little product goes a long way. I will purchase from this company again and triple check the suscription feature (again). Thank you Anjelika at Customer support.
