I never expected such a drastic change
I never expected such a drastic change! I'd always thought my skin was just normal, but using the system for mature skin has made it supple and soft for a full 24 hours. I'm just amazed.

Quantitativo scarso
È appena arrivato il kit pelli mature e la cosa che mi ha veramente molto sorpreso è la quantità di crema. Sia quella notte che quella giorno sono solo di 30 ml. Barattolini neanche pieni fino all' orlo!Praticamente come un contorno occhi di altre case cosmetiche. Con il prezzo speso, mi sembra davvero poca cosa! E quindi dopo 60 giorni l' azienda promette di rimborsare se non soddisfatti. E come si fa ad arrivare a 60 giorni con questi quantitativi? Spero almeno mantengano le promesse relative alla qualità dei prodotti. Per ora, profondamente delusa!

Hi, thank you for sharing your feedback, I completely understand your initial impression regarding the quantity. I’d like to reassure you about something important: with our products, less is more. The formulas are highly concentrated and do not contain added water as filler, which means you only need a very small amount for each application. A thin layer is more than enough to achieve the desired results. Because of this, many of our customers find that each product can last up to 3–4 months when used correctly. Horrible company
Horrible company. They only let you return the first product you receive, if it is unopened and unused. The product did not work for me. They sent me a second shipment and I wanted to return the second one unopened and unused. They said no! I wasn't even trying to return the original product sent. How do you even know if the product works for you until you try the first shipment?! They also don't give you any notice of the second shipment until it has already been shipped, so you can't cancel it! I guess you can rip everyone off two times and make money. Horrible company and horrible business model.

I’d like to clarify that the second order was actually scheduled at the moment you subscribed in order to receive the highest discount on your first purchase. The idea behind this is that you can try the treatment for the full 60 days, and if you’re not satisfied, there is no risk, we offer a money-back guarantee. That said, the subscription can be canceled at any time. We also send a notification 7 days before the renewal is processed, so you have enough time to cancel if you don’t wish to continue. Once the order has already been processed and shipped from the warehouse, unfortunately we’re no longer able to cancel it. Parcel issue
Unfortunately I had an issue with a broken container in my package. I emailed customer service and within 30 minutes I had a response, an apology and new order ready to be shipped out to me. Fantastic service 🥰 Many thanks R Thompson
