Jason was super helpful! Love FROYA
Jason was super helpful, quick to return my request / inquiry, and knowledgeable. I asked to see if I could get an affiliate code since I’m getting asked about my skincare so often these days. I’m four months into using these products and am really loving them.

Hei! This is so great to hear!! Jason really is a rockstar and I know he'll love reading this. Four months in and people are already asking about your skincare routine? That's the best compliment ever. So glad you're loving everything and thanks for spreading the word about Frøya. We really appreciate it ❤️ All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Perfect for Desert
Great! So far so good. I am looking forward to see what my skin looks like in 90 days. I live in desert so it is perfect skin regiment for me.

Hey Iveria! So glad to hear it's working well for you, especially in the desert. That dry climate can be tough on skin, so it's awesome that Frøya is a good fit. Can't wait for you to see your 90 day results, keep us posted!! 😊 All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Quick and Satisfactory response
Such a quick customer service response and a satisfactory resolution to my issue. Many thanks. Early in the game for a comment on the products but, so far so good. Liking the tiny amount you need to apply each day, so know it will last. Feels good on the skin leaving it soft. Excited to see if it improves my lines and evens my complexion.
Response from Froya OrganicsApr 1, 2026
Hey there! Glad we could get that sorted out for you quickly. That's always the goal, fast response and a resolution you're happy with. Thanks for taking the time to share this, Andie! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

These products stain clothes and bedding
10th April 26 I had a communication from Froya after my review and they very kindly refunded my payment for the products that I was unable to use. After just one use it had stained my white pillowcase and white shirt (it didn’t come out in the wash). I notified Froya and they asked for photos which I happily provided. They asked me to stop using the product until someone could further respond to this issue. That was two weeks ago and I’m still waiting to find out what they will suggest. Not a practical product.

Hi Samantha, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, we’re really sorry to hear about the frustration this has caused. We can see that our team responded and shared guidance on how to use the balm, as our formulas are highly concentrated and only a very small amount is needed. Using more than recommended can sometimes lead to residue transferring onto fabrics. Stopping its use is not something we advised, rather, we aim to help our customers use it correctly so they can fully benefit from all the product’s properties. It contains an ingredient that can give the skin a slight tint, but when applied in a small amount, you’ll see the difference. We’re currently reviewing your case to ensure you receive a full follow-up as soon as possible, and we truly appreciate your patience. If there’s anything further we can assist with in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Warm regards, Eri CS Manager

You won't regret buying this Balm
Very Happy with results from the Mature range, this balm is unique! It actually gives faster results than I've ever had from previous brand creams I've used. Use small amounts only, gives nice healthy glow on face. I also used on small problem area on leg which I've been trying to treat for over a year, it actually cleared up in days. It is a little grainy I think that's what makes it unique as it is pure and grainyness has no adverse effect on result of using it. Balms are reasonably priced in my view for results and amount you get. Customer service are exceptional, I dealt with Jason, replys are straight away, eager to help solve any issues, with a kind and genuine approach. I'm happy to continue using Froya, only regret is I'm 52, wish I had come across this earlier well done Froya and thankyou for helping me a very happy customer 🙂

Wendy, wow. This review is incredible, thank you so much for taking the time to write all of this!! So happy the Mature range is giving you that healthy glow and that it even helped clear up that stubborn spot on your leg. That's amazing. And yes, a little goes a long way with the balm! Jason will be thrilled to hear the kind words too. Better late than never, we're just glad you found us. Excited to keep delivering for you 🔥 All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Very fast customer service
I received the products and so far loving them. I would say the purple scrub doesn’t bind well even with water so it just kind of falls off your face, but that doesn’t mean it’s not high-quality. I look forward to finding something to mix it with like another cleanser or a cleansing oil or something. I wanted to cancel the subscription until I had a time to make it through this first batch. The CUSTOMER SERVICE was very fast and responsive.

Hey Amber! So glad you're loving the products. Great tip about mixing the purple scrub with a cleansing oil, that's actually a really smart idea and something a lot of our customers do. And glad to hear the team was able to help with adjusting your subscription quickly. You should always feel in control of your deliveries. Thanks for sharing this! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
