My reorder was not what I wanted
My reorder were 2 items I didn’t not want this time. I contacted asking for the order to be cancelled so I could order the right products. I got a quick response and they were quick to cancel the order and give me a refund! Very pleased with the customer service and follow up.

Make sure you understand the guarantee; but if concerned contact the support team
Oh how I wish I’d read the guarantee terms.. .. but based on the reviews and aggressive marketing of their success stories, I went full in and bought four products. My face looks older, my pores more pronounced. And let’s not ignore the staining properties of the day balm; light coloured tops don’t stand a chance! I wanted to return the products, but alas you need to take a before photo and 60 days later take an after photo and if Froya deem it appropriate they will refund only one product.. tut tut Froya, you don’t stand by your products at all. What a waste of £135.. I’ll be binning these and returning to my original (all natural) products that offer a no-quibble 30 day return. Update: I’ve since been in contact with Froya and they are super helpful. Thank you Erikah. My experience of the products is still one star so this remains. However, I’d give 5 stars for Froya’s service.

Overhyped
Overhyped. Levering etc gaat allemaal goed. Ik kreeg persoonlijk veel acne door de rosacea, acne & redness stopper. Veelste vet en zwaar product voor mij. Wellicht alleen als je een hele droge huid heb. Ik had goede hoop door alle before & after foto's maar helaas was het bij mij omgekeerd. Dus bedenk goed of dit product past bij jouw huidtype. Proberen kan altijd natuurlijk.

Love it!!
Love it!!! Strange texture and colour but results are great. Def worth pushing through and getting used to it. Change is as good as a holiday 😁
