Hey Jayne! We're sorry the products weren't the right fit for your skin. Everyone's skin is unique and sometimes it just doesn't click. But we're really glad the cancellation was hassle-free for you. That's exactly how we want it to be. Thank you for the kind words about our service, and thank you for giving us a try! ❤️ All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Holly, thank you for the honest review! We're sorry the blemish and redness stopper didn't do the trick for you. Skin is so personal and not every product works for everyone. But we're really glad the refund experience was a good one. That's what our guarantee is all about. We appreciate you giving us a shot! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Hey Lynne! So happy to hear the Rosacea balm has been helping calm your skin. That's exactly what it's designed to do. And great idea combining it with the day balm for extra hydration. We love that we could help you pause and restart your orders so everything stays fresh. That flexibility is really important to us. Thanks for sharing all this! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
