Scammers! Sostenevano avessi sottoscritto l’abbonamento e mi hanno inviato merce non ordinata. Il servizio clienti sembra gestito tramite IA e continuava ad accampare scuse per non rimborsarmi. Alla fine l’ho spuntata ma ho dovuto comunque rispedire la merce in UK a mie spese, rimettendoci €25. Mai più!

Lovely products. It's currently early days using the brand but so far so good. I appreciate the all-natural ingredients. A little goes a long way with the glow day balm and also the night balm. I have stopped using foundation entirely as the day glow balm doesn't need anything on top of it. The consistency is different to most creams on the market - that takes a little getting used to - but all good.

Quick delivery and nicely packaged. Creams are very thick so only need to use a little. Skin feels so hydrated and soft after just a few days. Does go on a little orange but that disappears as the cream absorbed into the skin. Very happy and planning on ordering more.

However, I was not comfortable following the recommendation to heat the product. All the more positive was the follow-up service: I was immediately offered a replacement without any hassle. I’ve tried so many products and was looking for something that truly worked but with a price I could afford. I heard about Froya through a friend of mine. Once I started using the product , my gosh did it feel soooo good on my face! My skin felt relieved! I couldn’t believe that after the first application my skin stayed soft and supple! My skin is smoother and looks great without makeup! Now that is something I was very excited about, not having to wear makeup all the time!
