Great products, great support
Love the products! Jason was super responsive and helpful in issuing a refund for a returned package and ensuring my next order would arrive to the correct location.

Jason in customer service handled my concerns promptly and refunded my purchase. I appreciate the professionalism. I liked the spirit of sharing the product that I couldn't use myself. That was a nice touch. I do benefit from other products in the Froya Organics line.

I was allergic to the product however…
I was allergic to the product however the rep I worked with was very understanding and was able to review my case with some supporting documentation and I was provided a refund as part of their guarantee.

Able to cancel an order easily - first with chatbot then to a real person who facilitated the cancellation quickly and without fuss. Grateful and relieved.

This Stuff Works!!
This skincare is amazing! I have very sensitive, dry skin and was skeptical about Froya at first, but This Stuff Works! I have stopped using my AI formulated skincare that I’ve been using for over five years now, because Froya has IMPROVED my skin so much! And the cost isn’t as pricey as it seems, as the product lasts a LONG time! ❤️❤️❤️
