Quickly answer. Excellent customer experience
I had a doubt about delivery date and they answered 5 min after with the tracking number and link. An excellent customer service.

Read the refund policy thoroughly
Read the refund policy thoroughly. If you purchase and you don’t like it for any reason, they will not offer a refund unless it is unopened and unused. This seems ridiculous to me as why would we order it if we didn’t want to try it? They do offer a 60 day guarantee but you have to use the products every day and if you don’t get the results you want they will refund you. I don’t want to use it for 60 days- it made my skin greasy, and I do not like the odor of the products. Specifically the day and the night balm. If you love it, great! If you don’t, you’re out of luck.

Great Quality, Responsive Customer Service
The company has been very responsive and helpful to the couple of customer service inquiries I’ve had. Also their skincare products are amazing and work really well for me! They’ve helped with my acne immensely. Definitely recommend.

More hydrated skin
Nice products, my skin felt hydrated and brighter. Unfortunately the product dint suit my skin but the personal and helpful customer service I received helped resolve my subscription concern.
