I actually like the products for my eczema prone/dry skin in general. Using froya decreased my dependence on tacrolimus (though not fully). I was able to cancel my existing subscription and create a new one with ease, they were quick to refund me and cancel my order when I endorsed I still had enough product. They were very quick acting. ☆☆☆☆ Charged for Product I Never Received – No Accountability I initially had a positive experience with Frøya Organics, which makes this situation even more disappointing. My first order of facial products went smoothly. I accidentally entered an outdated mailing address, but after emailing customer service immediately, they responded quickly and assured me they had already corrected the issue. The product arrived at the correct address, and I was happy with it. However, about two months later, I noticed a $139 charge on my debit card from the same company. It turns out I had unknowingly been enrolled in a subscription. While that was my oversight, I accepted it and expected to at least receive the product I was charged for. Unfortunately, that order was shipped to my old address—the very one they had previously “corrected.” Tracking showed it was delivered, but not to me. I reached out multiple times to resolve the issue. The responses I received were unhelpful and dismissive, suggesting I try to locate the package myself or wait to see if it might be returned to them. By that point, it had already been delivered for over a week. I then respectfully requested either a replacement shipment to the correct address or a refund. I have since resent that request three times and have received no response. Being charged for a product I never received is frustrating enough, but the lack of accountability and follow-through from customer service is what truly stands out. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. If a mistake happens—especially one they previously acknowledged and corrected—customers deserve a reasonable resolution.

I have only been using the products for over a week and already I am noticing a difference to my skin. My skin feels plumper and smoother and I am seeing fewer lines. So far I am really satisfied and looking forward to seeing more results in the coming months.

Awful products, didn’t react well with my skin, even worse returns policy and customer service. Turns out you can only return if you have used the subscription option so make sure to read the small print on the 60 day money back guarantee, when I emailed to complain I got no reply.

I love the thick formula of these products and the way they don't sink in immediately. The effect seems to be a nice glow. I think my skin does look better, less tired! I only use plant-based products so I'm not looking for a strong scent, but I'm having to get used to the dominant note in these products -- maybe arnica?
